O-Ring FEP/PFA encapsulated integrate a resilient elastomer core (typically FKM or silicone) seamlessly sheathed in a thin, chemical-resistant jacket of FEP or PFA. This design merges the elastic sealing force of rubber with the chemical inertness of fluoropolymers. By combining a fluoropolymer jacket with an elastomer core, these O-Rings offer chemical resilience without sacrificing elasticity or sealing performance.
