Excluder® 1

Excluder® 1 consists of two components, a scraper ring and a flexible elastomer O-Ring which ensures a tight contact with surface to be scraped. The O-Ring also functions as static seal between the opposite side of the scraper ring and the groove bottom. In case Excluder® 1 deforms when used due to pressure activation, one-way pressure relief version Excluder® 113 can be utilized where the pressure in all circumstances is channeled to a circumferential groove below the elastomers activation element. Available in Turcon® or Zurcon® materials.
