Turcon® Variseal® J‑65‑P is a (single-acting) spring-energized PTFE dynamic seal featuring a U-shaped Turcon® jacket and corrosion-resistant J‑type spring. It delivers ultra-low friction, excellent extrusion control, and tight sealing across pressures up to ~20 MPa and speeds up to 15 m/s. With robust chemical resistance and an operating span of –253 °C to +300 °C, it's ideal for high-demand environments such as aerospace, semiconductor, and corrosive fluid systems.
