Turcon® Variseal® Dynamic

Turcon® Variseal® is a single-acting, spring-energized dynamic seal featuring a U-shaped PTFE/Turcon® jacket and corrosion-resistant spring. Its asymmetric profile offers superior sealing under pressure, low friction, and high speeds (up to 15 m/s reciprocating, 1.27 m/s rotary). Engineered for extreme environments (–253 °C to +300 °C; pressures to 20 MPa dynamic/40 MPa static), it excels in chemical, vacuum, and high-pressure applications like oil, gas, and semiconductor systems.
